The International Achievement Freshman Scholarship is now available for applications.

This scholarship is provided to International brilliant applicants who are willing to study for a degree program at Oklahoma State University – USA.

The program aims to support outstanding aspirants who want to complete an undergraduate degree program at the university in the USA.

 

Oklahoma State University–Stillwater is a public land-grant research university in Stillwater, Oklahoma. OSU was founded in 1890 under the Morrill Act. Originally known as Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical College (Oklahoma A&M), it is the flagship institution of the Oklahoma State University System that holds more than 35,000 students across its five campuses with an annual budget of $1.5 billion.

The main campus enrollment for the fall 2019 semester was 24,071, with 20,024 undergraduates and 4,017 graduate students. OSU is classified among “R1: Doctoral Universities – Very high research activity”. According to the National Science Foundation, OSU spent $198.8 million on research and development in 2021.

OSU also has its main medical campus in Tulsa, Oklahoma called the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences. While a separate campus in the OSU System, the medical campus is jointly accredited with OSU-Stillwater as one institution.

The medical campus has an affiliation with Oklahoma State University Medical Centerfor clinical training and offers residency/fellowship opportunities.

Also with the medical school, OSU established a campus in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, the capital of the Cherokee Nation and the nation’s first, and currently only, tribally-affiliated medical school.

 

Eligibility criteria for the International Achievement Freshman Scholarship

  • Applicants must have 8.5+ IELTS or 115-120 TOEFL IBT or 30 ACT or 1360 SAT AND 3.25 GPA
  • Applicants must be International Students
  • Applicants must be fluent in English Language

Method of Application: Applicants need to apply for admission in an undergraduate degree at the university.

International students are automatically considered for programmes by submitting a completed application for admission. No additional application for a scholarship is required.
